Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in West Burlington, Iowa. You will prepare and position patients, operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities, and assist physicians in sterile procedures while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
