Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbia, South Carolina. The role involves assisting with minimally invasive procedures, patient positioning, and operating imaging modalities under supervision.

Travel benefits and strong clinical support are provided. Requirements include 1 year of IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• One year+ experience as Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Active ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor patient vitals and procedural details; administer contrast and monitor for adverse reactions.
