Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Hagerstown, MD. The role covers a 4x10-hour shift schedule (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with expected on-call duties and 40 hours per week in a travel capacity.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in IR tech, Cath Lab experience, and current ACLS/BLS certifications, plus an MD license. Local candidates within 50 miles may receive a reduced local rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, with Cath Lab Tech experience preferred.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT.
• Valid MD license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively and safely.
• Assist in the preparation and care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties as required, maintaining availability during specified hours.
