Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Salisbury, Maryland. The position requires an Active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and IR room experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent Interventional Radiology experience.
• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Educate patients and family members.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medications including moderate sedation.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status during procedures.
• Ensure safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
