Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in Interventional Radiology for a 15-week assignment in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Start date 10/12/2026 with 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel employment.

Active RN license and a nursing degree are required, along with BLS certification and 18+ months of IR experience. Housing or housing allowance, and other benefits are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent Interventional Radiology experience.
• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide education to patient and family.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medications including moderate sedation.
• Monitor patient vitals during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.
