Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology RN for a 13-week assignment in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. You will work 40 hours per week, dayshift, in Interventional Radiology procedures.

Active RN license with BLS and eighteen months IR experience are required; additional client-specific requirements may apply. This travel role offers weekly pay, housing options, credentialing fee coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent Interventional Radiology experience.
• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide education to the patient and family members.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medication including moderate sedation.
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
• Oversee the safety and comfort of patient before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.
