NurseStar Medical Partners seeks an inpatient Pharmacist in Wisconsin to manage EPIC orders and verify medications for a 13-week assignment. The role supports both inpatient and outpatient services with a strong focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Responsibilities include inpatient IVs, unit-dose compounding, and collaboration with care teams across units such as ICU, surgery, OB/GYN, med/surg and ED. A BA/BS in Pharmacy and WI license are required, with 3+ years in inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital experience.
• Wisconsin licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Verify EPIC orders and supervise technicians; respond to pharmacist calls.
• Provide inpatient IV meds and unit-dose compounding.
• Care across inpatient units: ICU, surgery, OB/GYN, med/surg, ED.
