Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a busy IR lab in Spokane, WA. The role requires ARRT (VI) or RCIS certification and at least 1 year of IR experience, with scrub experience welcomed. On-site day shifts are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call weekends and evenings.

Epic EMR experience is required. Candidates should hold ARRT VI or RCIS certification, WA license (compact preferred), and be prepared for travel to sister facilities if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IR experience as ARRT VI technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist.
• ARRT IR VI or RCIS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• WA state license required; license if applicable at submission.
• Compact license must be in hand at submission.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Experience with venous access and vascular closure preferred.
• Experience with IR procedures (angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, angiography) preferred.
• Experience with fluoroscopy and imaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub position supporting a busy IR lab.
• Interventional Radiology procedures including vascular, genitourinary and neuro cases.
• Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No floating between units; on-call with rotating weekends and weekly evenings.
• Charting completed in Epic.
• Travelers may float between sister facilities near the contracted facility.
• Commit to 3 of the 5 major holidays; RTO requests upfront.
• First-time travelers considered for this position.
