NEURO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

6 month contracts ONLY

All RTO must be included in the submission. The manager prefers minimal RTO, and will not approve more than one week off during the contract.

Qualifications

1. MUST HAVE VA LICENSE or PROOF OF LICENSE APPLICATION TO SUBMIT
2. Start date must match the one listed in the job order; update submission packet and Lotus Connect profile accordingly
3. Schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts
4. Call: 8-12 days per month with a 30-minute response time
5. Required: VA license or proof of application & proof of active license from another state
6. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
7. Two years experience in Special Procedures / Interventional Radiology, with thrombectomies experience
8. NEURO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

• Flu vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31). Religious or medical exemptions are subject to CMS guidelines and review.
• COVID-19 vaccine required, with exemptions only for medical/religious reasons.
