American Traveler is hiring a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to support cardiac, neuro, and vascular IR procedures in Boston, MA. The role requires ARRT certification and a Massachusetts Radiography License.

You will join a large IR division, work a 4x10 hour schedule, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and tech staff to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• Massachusetts State Radiography License required (license required if applicable).
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred).
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional IR procedures including angiography, embolization, venous access, venography, myelography, abdominal interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsy, TIPS, dialysis access/fistula work, and Y90/SIRT.
• Neuro, cardiac, or vascular surgery experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Run all imaging equipment in IR/ OR settings.
• Perform sterile scrub duties and circulate cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team across IR, CT-guided procedures, and vascular services.
• Support cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary patient care in a large IR division.

Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist to support cardiac, neuro, and vascular IR procedures, requiring ARRT certification and a Massachusetts Radiography License.

Details

• Work within a large, dynamic IR division supporting MGH clinical areas including IR, CT-guided procedures, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Hybrid procedures, Endovascular Neurosurgery, and Endoscopic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, advanced practice providers, attending physicians, residents, and tech assistants
• Shift schedule runs 07:30 to 18:00
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements
