Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. You will support interventional procedures, operate imaging equipment, and assist with sterile techniques in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and BLS. ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and state licensure are preferred, with comprehensive benefits and dedicated support from a clinical team.

Formación

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• ACLS preferred; PALS/ENPC may be required; state license compliance may apply

Responsabilidades

• Position patients for interventional radiology procedures and ensure comfort and safety
• Operate fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound to guide procedures
• Scrub in for sterile procedures, pass instruments, and maintain a sterile field
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details
• Administer contrast and monitor for adverse reactions
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and self
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment for procedures
• Restock procedural supplies and manage catheters, wires, and contrast agents
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the team to ensure seamless patient care
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Educate patients before, during, and after procedures
• Perform other duties to support IR lab operations
