Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Abilene, Texas. The role requires 2+ years in IR with neurointerventional exposure preferred and ARRT R/BLS certification; travel experience is required.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, dayshift, with on-call rotation every 6th week. The position covers Hendrick Main and Hendrick South locations, performing vascular, abdominal, neurological, and genitourinary procedures.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology
• > Neurointerventional experience strongly preferred
• > ARRT R and BLS certification required; ARRT VI preferred
• > License required if applicable
• > Prior travel experience required
• > Altera charting experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular studies and procedures including carotid stenting, dialysis graft creation/revision and interventions, EVAR, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and TIPS
• Performs abdominal and pelvic procedures including embolization, gastrostomy tube placement, IVC filter placement, liver biopsy, and stent placement
• Performs neurological studies and procedures including embolization, stent placement, and thrombolysis/thrombectomy
• Performs genitourinary procedures including nephrostomy
