Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Interventional Radiology assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 5x8 shifts (7:30 AM–3:00 PM), 40 hours per week, 13 weeks, with call and weekend coverage.

Requirements include 2+ years' IR experience, BLS, ARRT(R) certification, Fluoro Permit; ACLS, ARRT(CI), ARRT(VI), CCI RCES/RCIS, CET, and PALS preferred. Epic charting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of IR tech experience.
• BLS and ARRT(R) certification required; Fluoro Permit required.
• ACLS, ARRT(CI), ARRT(VI), CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, CET and PALS preferred.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Skills in venous access, vascular closure systems, sterile technique, and procedural monitoring.
• Experience with interventional radiology, vascular and cardiac catheterization procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Equipment setup for interventional and vascular cases.
• Maintain sterile field and room circulation during procedures.
• Provide procedural support for interventional and vascular cases.
• 1:1 patient care and collaboration with clinical staff.
