Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. The role requires a Massachusetts Radiologic Technology license, ARRT RT, and BLS. You will perform fluoroscopy-based imaging, scrub and circulate, and support thrombectomy/angioplasty procedures in a hospital setting.

The assignment runs 26 weeks with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly. Shifts are 10 hours, four days per week, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Radiologic Technology license is required.
• ARRT RT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with interventional radiology procedures and device knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of GE or Siemens imaging systems preferred.
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts; weekend and on-call coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology imaging using fluoroscopy with ALARA principles.
• Scrub and circulate for interventional procedures; assist with device prep and catheter systems.
• Support thrombectomy, angioplasty, and TIPS procedures with proper sterile technique and patient positioning.
• Verify patient information, document procedures and outcomes; maintain imaging records.
• Operate imaging equipment and manage contrast administration; coordinate with radiology team.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ready; maintain patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures.
• Comply with unit safety policies and participate in orientation and training.
