Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The position involves working 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts.

Requirements include current licensure, appropriate certifications, and 18 months of interventional experience, ideally in a critical care setting. Additional client-specific requirements will apply.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to obtain images per physician specifications.
• Assist physicians with procedures by monitoring, passing instruments, and maintaining sterile field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
