Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Miami, Florida. The position involves operating fluoroscopic equipment, assisting physicians, and ensuring the well-being of patients during minimally invasive procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care experience, hold BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) certifications, and possess a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology. A tax-free stipend is included in the pay package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Prepare and observe patients undergoing procedures.
• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
