Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires IR tech certification, ARRT/RCIS credentials, and BLS/ACLS, with 40 hours weekly in an 8-hour shift.

The candidate will support physicians in diagnostic/interventional procedures, maintain imaging equipment, and ensure safety with sterile technique and radiation controls in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Certification as Interventional Radiology Tech, Cath Lab Tech, or equivalent in advanced imaging procedures.
• ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification required (or eligible to obtain).
• State licensure as applicable to practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrated experience operating imaging equipment, utilizing sterile techniques, and assisting with vascular/interventional procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain interventional imaging equipment, ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor and document patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards at all times.
• Maintain detailed procedure records and collaborate with team members for efficient patient workflow.
• Participate in procedural preparation, including patient positioning, equipment setup, and post-procedure cleanup.
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
