Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Missouri. The role involves IR procedures, 40 hours per week, 10-hour days, and travel requirements. Must have ARRT(R), BLS, and ACLS along with state licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed radiology technologist with ARRT(R) certification and BLS/ACLS.
• Experience required in vascular/interventional radiology settings.
• State licensing as applicable for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures; provide reassurance.
• Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient during all procedures.
• Maintain radiation protection standards and safeguards.
• Interpret examination requests with knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Operate IV and dye injector pumps as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize the McKesson PACS system.
