Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This assignment supports a growing Interventional Radiology program at a community hospital, providing pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care.

The RN will work independently while collaborating closely with physicians and support staff to expand procedural capabilities and develop new service lines. Start date: 10/12/2026, 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, days.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of critical care experience.
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Experience with vascular/oncology procedures and patient recovery after sedation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care for IR procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to expand procedural capabilities.
• Document in Cerner EMR and ensure accurate patient records.
• Assist with procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, vascular access, and embolizations.
