Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah GA is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite assignment. You'll work in Angiography/IR labs with 1:1 patient care, performing or assisting with diverse interventional procedures and monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ACLS & BLS, strong critical care and IR experience, and the ability to manage stroke and trauma cases.

Qualifications

• Critical care / Angio (IR) experience preferred, including stroke and trauma care.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required.
• Proficient in IR procedures and interventional labs operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide day shift nursing care in Angiography/IR labs with 1:1 patient ratios when applicable.
• Assist with procedures such as Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR.
• Document care in EPIC Cupid and participate in shift handoffs and call coverage.

Unit Specifics: Angiography / IR

Number of Beds: 3 Angiography Labs (2 Dedicated IR Labs/ 1 Hybrid OR)

Patient Ratios: 1:1

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Lead Tech, RN, ARRT / RTR, RCIS (3-4 person teams 2Tech 2RN- ideal staffing)

Type of equipment: IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, Jet Stream

Documentation system: EPIC Cupid

Scheduling requirements: 4–10-hour shifts with call

Floating policy: NA

Patient Experience requirements: ICU/ER experience needed
