GLOBAL MEDICAL STAFFING seeks a Locums Interventional Cardiologist to support a stroke-certified facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This travel assignment includes in-house call five days per month with 15-20 patients per shift and 20-25 per 24-hour call, in an inpatient hospital setting using Epic EMR.

The role requires STEMI response capability and emergency cardiac intervention. Pre-paid travel and housing, malpractice coverage, licensing assistance, and NALTO membership are offered.

Qualifications

• EMR: Epic is used.

Responsibilities

• In-house call - 5 days per month, Monday - Friday.
• 15 - 20 patients seen per shift; 20 - 25 per 24-hour call period.
• Inpatient hospital setting.
• STEMI activation and emergency cardiac intervention required.
