Job summary

Additional Information

• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
• Limited to 1 day off request during designated holiday blackout periods
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Past UPH employees (FTE or float pool PRN) are restricted from working travel assignments at other UPH market facilities within 12 months
• First-time travelers will be considered
