Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Los Angeles, California. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP, BLS, FEES, and have at least one year of clinical experience. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and travel benefits including housing and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• One or more years of clinical experience.
• FEES certification.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations;
• Develop treatment plans and goals;
• Provide individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions;
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on discharge planning, equipment trials, patient and family training, and continuing services;
• Maintain timely and accurate medical record documentation;
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within applicable insurance approval;
• Participate in student education when assigned;
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
