Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• CTRS certification or equivalent licensure (or related certifications such as art/music/dance therapies).
• Two (2) or more years' experience providing activity therapy, preferably in behavioral health/psychiatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic activities based on assessment and referrals.
• Document patient responses and progress toward goals; contribute to discharge planning.
• Conduct individual and group sessions per state regulations; provide education and support.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure appropriate modalities for each patient.
