Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Inpatient Physical Therapist for Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, Florida. This 13-week assignment covers 40 hours per week, with days shifts in an inpatient acute care setting.

The PT will evaluate and treat hospitalized patients, collaborating with physicians, nurses and rehab staff to restore mobility and independence as part of discharge planning.

Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapist license or PT Compact privilege.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Inpatient acute care experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and interdisciplinary communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training and balance activities
Address strength, mobility and functional limitations
Assist patients with bed mobility, transfers and ambulation
Assess fall risks and recommend appropriate assistive devices

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week inpatient acute care assignment at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, Florida!

This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys hospital-based rehabilitation and wants to experience Florida's beautiful Panhandle region while working in a welcoming community hospital environment.

Located approximately one hour north of Panama City Beach, Chipley offers a peaceful small-town setting with convenient access to some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

Position Overview

As an inpatient acute care Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat hospitalized patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery and other medical conditions affecting mobility and independence.

You'll work closely with physicians, nursing and other rehabilitation professionals to help patients regain strength, improve functional mobility and safely transition to their next level of care.
