The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery and functional improvement.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Additional Information:
  • Provides care within a 24-bed specialty rehabilitation unit.
  • Supports patients recovering from conditions including strokes and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Collaborates with physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dieticians, social workers, and other specialists.
  • Anticipated assignment dates are 12/07/2026 through 03/06/2027.
