• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: NH Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, acute inpatient physical therapy experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience; scheduled to start on 11/16/2026 with a tentative end date of 02/15/2027.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, provide treatment planning and interventions, prioritize caseload, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
