Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Resume required.
• State Licensure required.
• BLS/ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications required.
• 2 Current Clinical References required.
• Physical within 12 months.
• TB skin test within 12 months.
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella required.
• Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months.
• Tdap/Flu vaccinations current.
• Must pass pre-employment, background and urine drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in a rotating 16-hour shift.
• Ensure safe medication use and collaborate with healthcare teams.
