Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Prefer 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
• Pharmacist licensure in state applying or eligibility for licensure via examination or reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Actively coordinate, day-to-day, provision of high quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients.
• Involvement with drug distribution functions including order entry, verification, and IV admixture.
• Engage with physicians, nurses and staff to optimize therapy and document interventions.
