Job summary

Androscoggin Valley Hospital - AHSA is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team in Berlin, NH on a travel basis. The role supports ICU, L&D, M/S and ED with 2–5 years of hospital experience preferred and Meditech familiarity advantageous.

Flexible scheduling includes a 5X8 day shift with 40 scheduled hours and weekend coverage every 3rd weekend. NH licensure and AHA BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current hospital experience required.
• 2-5 years total experience preferred; 1 year hospital experience with Meditech acceptable.
• Critical Access Hospital experience highly preferred.
• Previous travel pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting.
• Work independently during weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care.
• Utilize Meditech for medication management; Omnicell familiarity is a plus.
