Responsabilités

• Compounding and dispensing medications according to prescriptions, supervising technical staff, and advising medical staff on pharmaceutical and safety issues.
• Ensures safe medication use, maintains aseptic techniques, and assists with clinical, quality, and educational programs.
• Monitors patient drug therapy appropriateness and adjusts doses based on pharmacokinetics principles.
• Keeps accurate records and ensures security of controlled substances.
• Maintains pharmacy equipment and supports performance improvement plans.
