Qualifications

• Current, valid pharmacist license required in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Ability to travel using air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services and medication management.
• Verify medication orders and dispense medications in inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support travelers with safe clinical practices.
