Qualifications

• Masters of Occupational Therapy; California OT license; BLS/Healthcare Provider status per AHA standards.
• Minimum 3 years OT experience including at least 1 year NICU experience.
• Inpatient setting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy interventions per referral including assessment, care planning, education, documentation, and adaptive equipment.
• Collaborates with CCS Case Managers for referrals and post-discharge services.
• Assists in orientation of new staff and may perform Charge Therapist duties.
• Focus on NICU-related therapies and high-quality patient care.
