Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion services in Roanoke, VA, with Additional Location(s) Lynchburg, VA. This PRN role involves collaborating with pharmacists, clinicians, and staff to deliver the highest quality treatments and comfort to the patients.

Under supervision, you will perform assessments, obtain IV access, administer injectable medications, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate records, inventory, and quality

Qualifications

• RN with valid license and at least 2 years of experience in infusion or ER/ICU settings.
• Infusion experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with IV access, ports, and PICC lines.

Responsibilities

• Infuse medications in patient homes and coordinate travel as needed.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and manage infusion safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and side effects.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and quality control with pharmacy and nursing teams.
