Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN Infusion for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on outpatient infusion services, including IV insertions, central line care, and patient observation throughout treatments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RN experience, BLS, and preferably ambulatory infusion and ACLS experience, with Epic EMR familiarity and travel history.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years RN experience
• BLS certification is required
• Ambulatory infusion experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Epic EMR system experience and travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered infusion care, including peripheral IV insertions and monitoring
• Maintain and de-access central lines and monitor patients throughout treatment
• Provide rapid interventions in a fast-paced environment to ensure safety
• Educate patients and family members about infusion therapy and treatment plans
• Support adult patients, including those with sickle cell disease, requiring ambulatory infusion therapy
