ht h companies is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Foreman to manage a crew of seven laborers at our plant-based sites across the Midwest. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient cleaning operations, including high-pressure water blasting and vacuum work.

The Foreman will organize crews, assign tasks, and ensure availability of equipment while maintaining strong client relations and high service standards. OSHA safety adherence and leadership are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction/industrial field.
• Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment including tips and pressures 10,000–40,000 psi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 7 industrial cleaning laborers and ensure safety and quality of cleaning services.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify equipment necessary to complete jobs safely.
• Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Demonstrate benefits of services tailored to customer needs and practical value.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA and company Safety Program.

Position Overview:

The Industrial Cleaning Foremen will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 7 industrial cleaning laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for the supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
• Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Training
