Job summary

KORT Physical Therapy is seeking an In-Home Staff Physical Therapist in Jeffersonville, IN. This role requires travel to various home care settings, clinics, doctor’s offices, and patients’ homes to deliver therapies and improve quality of life.

Qualified candidates are licensed PTs with at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. The position includes an $80,000 base salary, with benefits and potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist.
• Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver’s license.
• CPR certification or complete training required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in home care settings, clinics, and patient homes.
• Plan, implement, and adjust therapy plans to restore function and independence.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and provide CE opportunities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehab techniques and use of devices.
