Anders Group is seeking a Travel IMCU Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (RN) to work in Longview, TX. The assignment is 13 weeks long with a 3x12 nights shift pattern. You will join an established healthcare team for a travel contract in the Longview area.

Ideal candidates hold a TX RN license or Compact RN license, with 2+ years IMCU experience and BLS certification. Housing, travel reimbursement, and weekly pay are typical benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IMCU Intermediate Care experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Current TX RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the IMCU Intermediate Care unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
