Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Critical Care Float Med Surg role in Charlottesville, Virginia. The right candidate will manage MS/Tele patients on a 12-bed unit, work 19:00–07:00 for 13 weeks, and travel with UVA float policy adherence.

Requirements include BLS, Epic experience, and VA license pending. This hospital contract offers a 36-hour work week with night shifts, and a competitive pay range per week.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Epic experience with MS/Tele units.
• VA nursing license pending and float policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care for patients with respiratory, renal, diabetic, septic, infectious, and cardiac conditions.
• Perform clinical review on a 12-bed MS/Tele unit and participate in auto-offer processes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Follow UVA float policy and schedule requirements.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately.
