HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with CHS, is seeking a highly skilled travel nurse for an 8, 10, or 13 week assignment at Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX. This role offers acute care in a hospital setting and opportunities to advance your nursing career across a nationwide network.

You will perform plan of care, coordinate with the care team, and support patient education and advocacy while enjoying weekly direct deposit, guaranteed hours, and a company 401K

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform care plans including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate updates to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patient and family.
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
