Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Longview, Texas. You’ll provide critical care in a high-acuity ICU, focusing on patient safety and high-quality care in a travel setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care nursing techniques.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document significant conditions, reactions, and interventions in the medical record promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients.
