Cross Country Nurses is seeking an ICU - Intensive Care Unit travel nurse RN for a travel nursing job in Long Beach, California. The role focuses on providing specialized critical care to patients with high-acuity conditions in a fast-paced setting, with 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotations.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and have a minimum of 2 years ICU experience; NIHSS and other certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience; 32-bed ICU facility
• Available for 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotation
• Float/float rotation across ICU units and ED holds

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients.
• Monitor and intervene for neurological, cardiac, sepsis, and trauma cases.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.
• Rotate across ICU units and ED holds as needed.
