Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fredericksburg, VA. The role requires critical care expertise and the ability to manage complex patient conditions in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
