Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Active RN license in Michigan or eligible to practice in the state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments in critical care.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity settings.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
