Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU for Hartford, CT. You will provide bedside ICU care, monitor patients, administer meds, and document findings. Responsibilities include developing care plans and communicating with physicians and families.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and active ACLS/BLS; travel benefits apply, including weekly pay and guaranteed hours. This position is for a 17-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• RN with ICU/MICU experience preferred.
• 1-2 years recent acute care required or equivalent.
• Active RN license in CT or ability to obtain.
• BLS/ACLS required before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor ICU patients and document care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and coordinate with team.
• Educate and support patient families; delegate tasks as needed.
