Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Columbus, OH. This travel role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and a chance to deliver critical care in a high-acuity environment.

You’ll join a dedicated clinical team to support patient outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits. The ICU RN must have 1 year ICU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to status changes.
• Administer complex medications and therapies per ICU protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
