Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes
• Operate life-support equipment and administer complex medications
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Maintain infection control and safety in high-acuity ICU
