Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Enumclaw, WA. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a busy ICU.

The ICU RN will assess and monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, administer complex medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety and optimal outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing subtle changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and regulatory standards.
