Requirements include one year ICU RN experience, current MA RN license, and BLS/ACLS. TNCC/NIHSS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Active RN license in MA or state compliance.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, responding to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocol.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in high-acuity settings.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses timely in the chart.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
