Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions partners with Lifepoint Health to offer travel nurse assignments nationwide in community hospitals. You will join a team for 8, 10, or 13 weeks depending on facility need and provide high-quality nursing care, medication administration, and care coordination.

We seek nurses with at least one year of acute care experience, an active RN license, and required certifications. Housing support or tax-free subsidy is offered along with weekly pay and career development

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with the care team and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well being.
